Who is responsible for your data

The Profit Champions is the data controller for the information you provide through this diagnostic. The diagnostic is delivered on their behalf by FreedomOS.

What we collect

When you take the diagnostic we collect:

• Your name, email address, company name and the size of your business.
• Your answers to the diagnostic questions, including anything you write in your own words.
• Basic activity, such as when you started, completed and opened your report.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To generate your report. We store and process your answers to produce your personalised result. This is necessary to provide the service you asked for.
• To contact you about your results. With your consent, given when you sign up, The Profit Champions may contact you about your results and booking a call. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your responses and report so you can revisit them and so The Profit Champions can have a useful conversation with you. If you ask us to delete your data, we will.

Who can see it

Your report and answers are private to you and to The Profit Champions's team. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Your account keeps your results to you; other respondents cannot see them.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run the diagnostic. They act on our instructions, only for the purposes above, and none of them may use your information for their own ends:

• Hosting and database providers, which store your account, answers and report.
• An email provider, which delivers your report and any messages about your results.
• An AI provider, which generates the written commentary in your report from your answers. Your answers, including anything you write in your own words, are sent to that provider to produce your report. They are not used to train anyone's models.

All of them are contracted to keep your information secure. Where any provider is outside the UK, the transfer is covered by the safeguards UK GDPR requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. To do any of these, or for any question about your data, contact The Profit Champions.
